Who installed it?

Has the dish alignment been proved eg with a decent meter or another Receiver?

On that same transponder (12110/27500 H) on my DM500s i have the following data:

SNR 90 %
AGC 86 %
BER
locked


Do you have same kind of troubles with other transponders ? Yes , then your demodulator could cause the problem. Anyone else who got a another idea ?
Or is your dish point to the wrong sattelite ?

Have you set up at 1'West? If you have done all the setting up as described in Rolfw's thread: http://www.satellites.co.uk/satellite/562271-post1.html then its just a case of knowing how to set up the top box.
