Anyone using a Pentium Mobile cpu?

I have been asked to build an HTPC for someone and am thinking this would be a nice cool chip if a bit pricey.

HDTV is a must, I wonder if a 1.7Ghz unclocked will cut it?
 
Better and cheaper to buy an AMD and undervolt it... Also it will take similar amount of power (Within a few watts)
