Arabsat 5A - 30.5E

Arabsat 5A is due to launch at the end of June 2010 and will replace the ancient Arabsat 2B at 30.5E.

According to the Arabsat website she is a multi mission multi band craft with Ka, S, X, Ku, and C-band payloads!

First up the Ka, S-band steerable and X-band steerable coverage areas. Not likely to be of much interest to most folks but included for the sake of completeness.
