Since my post above 2 months ago, indeed Arabsat 5A stayed "out of the way" at average 30.43°E.
Arabsat 6A in-orbit testing was at 30.53°E average, and hand over to customer was on June 18 according this tweet:
During the last few days, Arabsat 6A seems to move to 30.43°E as well (or go even further)?
There is an old dispute with Avanti, that has HYLAS 2 at nearby 31.03°E (and another HYLAS to be launched).
And unproven Ka-band use by Arabsat-5A, used to claim the 30.5°E location.
The spot beams may overlap, causing mutual interference.
