Yes, absolutly, both have changed on Badr-8 (signal increases about 2-3dB ).

Nothing whatsoever on those 2 from my location in the UK, but I can at least 'see' 11727H & 11766H, but nowhere near any sort of lock!
Scan done in rainy conditions.

sorry but I think that central asia beam tp is 12303 H 32000 and not 12303 H 27500 previously on badr 5 west africa beam (now on badr8)
same for 12284 V 27500 (V 30000 is central asia beam)
