Want to get MBC 1,2,3 & Max on arabsat badar4
Do they broadcast in English with Arabic subs
Any fta sport on arabsat ? Is it hard to get on 1 meter Technomate dish

You should get some tp's off Badr 4 - I used to get them quite easily on an 80cm dish in Galashiels. Ive not had much luck with them in recent years though. We used to get the MBC frequency on the hypothetical MBC beam too which was nice. You have virtually no hope of any of the others Badr's this far north on any sensible sized dish.
 
There is an MBC package on Hotbird 13E, 11258H, but you'll need an official card for this, or there are a couple of channels dotted around on Eutelsat 21B (21.6E) using BISS encryption, which are easy enough to get.

MBC 13E subs is probably local contacts in the service area only

BISS keys are easily found online, but be advised the 21.5E satellite is pretty lousy strength in Scotland and you will struggle with it on an 80cm dish.
