Arianespace va250 Inmarsat GX5

Tiba-1 will be for Egyptian government, at 35.5°E using military Ka-band (20.2...21.2 GHz).
According a post at NASA spaceflight forum, Tiba means Thebes, the ancient name of the city Luxor.

Inmarsat-5 F5 will be at 11.0°E, also using Ka-band (17.7...20.2 GHz), maybe military Ka-band as well.

I have not found the TT&C frequencies.
 
For Inmarsat-5 F5 the TT&C frequencies should be the same as the previous satellites of the 5 Series ... 4199,00 V or LHCP and 4199,50 V or LHCP.

The TIBA-1 TT&C frequencies are 19698,00 and 19700,00. I don't know the polarities.
 
The feed "CSG Kourou" is on 7.0°E, 10989 V 4937 (probably 3/4 8PSK).
 
Postponed to tomorrow, "an issue on ground means" given in short statement by Stéphane Israël.

Interestingly the Egyptian channels (at least on Arabsat 5C) already carry Tibasat's logo.

Due to a power supply anomaly in the ground segment of the Ariane 5 launch complex, the final chronology for Flight VA250 was stopped at 20 minutes prior to liftoff (H0-20), leading to a launch postponement.

The Ariane 5 stages have been emptied of their propellant. The launcher and its two satellite passengers – TIBA-1 and Inmarsat GX5 – remain in a safe mode at the Spaceport.

The ongoing investigation has led to a new targeted launch date of Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the earliest.

A beautiful launch. A little late due to meteorolgical conditions but never mind. Both satellites safely seperated. Tiba1 first then Inmarsat GX5. Pic shows the gorgeous view of the booster separation on the clear evening
