running Gemini 3.10 on DM500,got a legal ART card,Irdeto,still can't run it,though it has been activated

Irdeto is used for Art services transmitted off Nilesat 101 for the Middle East. Our new friend is in Qatar according to his profile which would make sense as hes asking about the Irdeto version.
