It's free to air now, but apparently they are going to encrypt it very soon.

Well Dockerslund, all of the other channels on that bouquet that are encrypted are in Irdeto II, so I would say there's a fighting chance that it will be also if it's part of the Belgacom portfolio.

They haven't got a homepage yet. Or yes, they have, but it's still under construction.
