I did say transponder move, I just found it and posted anything wrong with that?
 
We never really bother with tp moves - there are so many on 28E its not worth trying to keep up with them. (there at least one a week average over the year!)

The next fully new channel on 28E should be More4 +2 which was noted testing but without any kind of identification / DOG last weekend but which has been at black level since.
 
Movies4Men, Movies4Men 2, Movies4Men +1 and Movies4Men 2 +1 are testing on 11681 V 27500 2/3 SIDs 51116 - 51119.
