Has anyone found a frequency plan for AsiaSat 8 ?

I don't have it, but it's known AsiaSat 8 has 24 * 54 MHz Ku-band transponders.
An ITU letter reveals it has 10.95...11.2 GHz, there will fit 8 transponders.
The remaining 16 transponders, I'd expect will be arranged like AsiaSat 5, in the band 12.25...12.75 GHz.

12.25 to 12.5 GHz will be usable @ 4 west but above 12.5GHz is French territory @ 5 west so a frequency sharing plan may be adopted.

It will be 54 MHz transponders, not 72 MHz.
What's the use of posting the wrong frequency plan here (of another satellite), it only causes confusion.
If Marcus_21 had more details, he surely would have posted.

At spacecom site in dated 1st december news it says:

AsiaSat will relocate its satellite to the 4°W orbital position where it is expected to arrive within 45 days.
Following testing AsiaSat 8’s beams will cover the Middle East, Central Eastern Europe and Africa enabling Spacecom to provide additional capacity and services to its customers.

TLE wasn't updating for a week, that often indicates a satellite made a big manouvre and it's "lost in space"!
I waited in anticipation! So now...
AsiaSat 8 is drifting West 2.5°/day, now near 83°E, and will arrive at 4°W about 23 February.
