Check 'Info on every Cams etc.' at the top of this section (the Lefdata site).
There is some information on which Cams can be updated.
the Aston 1.03 enjoyed a surge in popularity recently when S*yItalia was hacked.

Please dont hijack threads for completely unrelated queries. Start a new thread, or better still use the search buttons at the top of the page where you will find there is much discussion about the ways and means to get prem footy.

The answer depends on which satellites you have access to, your satellite kit, and your level of technical knowledge.

You can use an Opos card to get a lot of interested stuff with an aston 103 cam.

Whatever you do don't change your Aston103 cam.

It's far more valuable now as it is now that the new Se.ca2 Opos files have been released.

Seen them advertised for €90 delivered, but would hold off buying one, we don't know how long this will last, then all you have is another card to add to the redundant pile.

Also I now read that the new Se.ca2 files won't work in the Aston103 cam.

Which is a surprise, as the previous Titanium Se.ca2 files worked very well in the Aston103 cam.

Things move fast in this business, don't they.

Latest knot OS update released today enable new knot2 se.ca2 files to work on original knot1 cards.

All working perfectly in Aston103 cam.

What goes around comes around in this business, a lot of people behind the scenes carving out their own little niche

Nothing out there is redundant until it breaks

Thanks for the feedback.

On reading the post on the Opos board again (this time more carefully) I think perhaps they were saying the Opos Xin1 files would not work in the Aston103, but they were not sure whether the Opos Se.ca2 files would work or not.

The freezing you mention with the Opos card has been reported in all cams. There was a new Opos file released today (dated 16/12/04) which is still freezing according to reports, but not as bad as the first release.

Thanks mate, you are really helpful:)
it is a shame , but these things take time to perfect - and we have all the time in the world (me +the Mrs Fruny). no doubt in a few days a file will be released with the "internal " problems corrected.
