I've just bought an Aston Seca cam for my Panasonic IDTV (as suggested by this site). But it doesnt seem to fit. It looks like it should be a differnet connection - or am i being completely stupid...any ideas?

If it's a Common Interface (CI) slot you are trying to fit it into, it will definitely fit. It may be a very tight hole in the plastic shell of the TV but it wil ease through with a bit of persuasion.
Check in your TV manual that you are trying to fit it into the correct hole though. Some TVs have the CI slots in the front some in the rear. Laptop computers have CI slots. Don't get it confused with a Scart socket - that's the only other connector that I can think of and the CI slot is about the same width but not as tall. It's usually embedded further in to the casing as well so that the module does not stick out too far!

i don't know this model at all, but is it possible that the cam is already itergrated, and that all you need is a card?

just as thought!!
