My Satellite Setup
A basic 28.2 Freesat config, but have had a long history of satellite TV dating back to the analogue 19.2 days. Using a HP ZBook 15 G5 laptop (Core i7-8850H, 32GB RAM, Quadro video card)

Drogheda, Ireland
Every so often I click into the TLEs for Astra 1F to see how it's getting on. It's still in a full non-inclined orbit after 24 years! Must be the oldest non-inclined satellite up there by a serious margin; I wonder how they've been able to do that?

It doesn't seem to have carried any services for a long time, can anyone confirm?

Edit: Unrelated, but any time I post a new thread it seems to change the title to all-lower case, am I doing anything wrong?

The Staff can change the title of a Thread at any time, but the rest of us do have a few minutes (possibly up to an hour?) to change it (and that includes the Capitilization) after we make the first post, and it will then be permanent.
