Astra 1H beams stronger these days?

My Satellite Setup
Covering 30W-105.5E range, two motors, C and Ku band. Various receivers/cards/cams/etc.

Couple of weeks ago, I was doing routine check of my cables/LNB alignment, etc on roof, with portable receiver. While scanning 19.2E position, suddenly I've noticed that about 40 more channels were captured, than usually. Most of them were encrypted, or data channels. Surprised, when went down to roof, checked their TPs - all belong to 1H. Generally, this is not strange - with 1.5m dish you can get several TPs from 1H here, but the interesting fact was that I've made it with 1.2m dish!

So, guys from middle east, you can try your luck now. Use 12363V for checking - it has strongest signal here from 1H (No signal shows me 22%, other TPs from 1H - 28%, this one shows 34% in Q).

One that was added about 6 months ago was 12032H so the extra channels could be from there
I'm in uk at the moment but i will check signal strength next time in Cyprus
