Does anyone know when Astra 2C is due to be moved to 28 degrees east?
According to this PDF from Astra, 2C is capable of broadcasting in the same band as Astra 2D, but with higher power.
 
Probably when 1M is orbited.

Astra 2C can cover frequency bands D E F and G so can cover for an tp breakdown of Astras 2A 2B or 2D. HOWEVER as she has a pan European footprint 2C would only cover for 2D in an emergency.
