Interesting, maybe a test? 2E is pretty much at 30E now.

maybe it move slowley to 28.2e

*12266h no change
*11610 h and v very low signal here ( in finland ,with 5m dish, H is 10dB ) , 11610 can be "ghost"of other sat.

Think both west going and east going birds slow down when approaching their GSO station
No. westbound are high and going slower than at GSO.
 
Only in geo orbit, the speed of the satellites (or any other object) is exactly the amount to do 1 revolution per day, and at the same time that speed produces exactly as much centrifugal force to cancel out gravitation.
Any satellite that has a semi major axis of 42,164 km will do 1 rev per every 1436 minute irrespective of whether it is in geo orbit or not. The orbit could be inclined or highly elliptical.
 
It certainly looks likely.
 
on map will be mid friday at location so
operation mid next weekend

I now get also 11702 V 39510 qpsk ?? ?dB,
now its gone.
tbs5922 had lock with grazyscan, but now nothing

Tuesday a press release ;-)
 
Crazyscan constellation output from 11707V from 5M dish pointed at Astra 28.2E 1N/2F location.
