Astra 2G transponder problems

Astra 2G @ 28.2°E
No signal now on 11068 V 23000 DVB-S2 for the last few days, (45cm dish & 100cm dish)

This may be caused by the Middle East data stream on the same frequency ? that started on 5th Oct this year,

Signals came back breifly this morning but no signal now,

Can anyone throw some light on this one ?
It may be due to also to the Sun being at it's low autumn position.

No problem here, one of the strongest transponders on my zone 2

Just tried the 1.2m, no signal on the Edision Primo, working fine on other receivers like the Openbox V8S.

Thaks for your reply I just disconnected the Edision Primo & set up the old M3 17.0 dB on this transponder

Just tried the Primo on the zone 2, no signal again. Don't think it's overload as all the other transponders work fine when using the 1.2m. On the zone 2 I'm using an Opticum quad LNB going through 2 DiSEqC switches, IBU Twin on the 1.2m directly connected.

I have tried several other receivers the only one's that show a signal on this transponder are the M1/M3 & TM6902,
The others Primo S2,Golden Interstar,& all the SX88 variants cannot lock on this transponder,
I have tried 3 different Lnb's all with the same results.

No signal for me on a 90cm dish UK south coast octagon sx88+

The funny thing is when I change the symbol rate from 23000 to 0 on the sx88+ I'm getting signal

Just tried on a Sony KD55 TV using a Sky Dish Zone 1 I think. Works fine, very strange very strange indeed

Spoke too soon, I changed to a different channel and then back to UTV - no signal again. It locks when changing SR to 0 but the channels don't work.

Working OK here on the TM6902HD with an elevated frequency of 11069 V 22000 =90% SQ 100cm dish

I still think the new middle east transponder on the same frequency is the problem.

The channels do work if you leave them on for a while. Stupidly I tried rescanning with different symbol rates and now the channels have disappeared from the channel list

Apparently there's been problems with ITV channels on Freeview today, may be related?

Signal has come back on for me on the Octagon SX88+ for the first time in a long time

Managed to scan it in on the Primo, but when a channel is selected it takes a few seconds for it to lock and appear.

I received the transponder with more than 8 dB

From Toledo, in the center of Spain, with the "meter" of the Dreambox Two.
With 1.5 m antenna the SNR 73%
