Hi.

Can someone please test if the channel "Peretz" on 12070 H on Astra 31,5 E is FTA or not?
Accoring to Lyngsat its clear but according to Kingofsat its encrypted with BulCrypt / Panaccess.

update: I see now that kingofsat also has another freq for the channel; 11054 H.
Which one is correct, and is it FTA or not?

Aren't there two? The one part of Magtisat package is encrypted and the international version is FTA. It's on a beam that I cannot see in UK though.

Maybe, but Lyngsat reports only one channel, and Kingofsat also one. Anyway as setup a second dish today and I can confirm that the information on Lyngsat is correct, the channel is transmitted on the frequency and it is clear.

I had a look at 31.5 East with a Precision 2.0m dish but was unable to get a signal for any of the Wide beam transponders. All of the High Power beam transponders locked OK with decent signal levels but nothing for the Wide beam.

It seems that from a UK location the Wide beam needs quite a large dish to have any hope of success.

There is a table attached below presenting my scan results.
