Awaiting activation E-mail

If you can't cut and paste the activation links in the email I forwarded, then there's not much we can do I'm afraid, I've gone further than normal by forwarding the activation from one of my addresses. Emailing the forum general address isn't going to help.

I can confirm that the email address is the same as used for the account at Astra2d forum. Not sure that what that will help with though!

I'm having the same issues. No filters set at my ISP I get loads of junk for which I use outlook to filter. I've checked my junk folder nothing from you guys.

Have you logged into the webmail version of your account and looked in the spam folder? I'll resend the activation email so give it 5 minutes.

I've sent another, but as I've stated earlier, the emails are sent instantly, so it is more than likely your isp blocking the mail.

Sadly some of the anti-spam measures put in place by your ISP are invisible to you - but you can, of course, whitelist this domain at Webmail level.

Looks like your Email ISP is part of the Plusnet group, so again, our mail must be on their blacklist, trouble is it's practically impossible to find out which list they're using and the emails will be deleted before reaching the webmail box..

Tsk. And I've just switched my phone to Plusnet having had great Broadband from them for three years.

Still, at least it's bye-bye to BT (Apart from the fact they own Plusnet .............. !)

Nope, still no joy. Nothing coming into my isp's webmail from you. I've had 9 emails in the last 2 hours. I even get those paypal scammails! Most bizzare? I take it you're not seeing a rejection?

We just use the control panel to resend them - we dont see any email rejection notices.

Give me 5 minutes & I'll do what Rolf did last time around.
