AZbox with mgcamd NOT recording, playback error

PLEASE HELP>>> AZBOX HD with latest firmware using mgcamd 1.35a.
Records & plays FTA channels BUT does not record pay channels like novasport. says it's recording but plays black screen & says error "not supported"
Tried older firmware, formatted hard drive & application area.
ANY IDEAS FOLKS ????????:confused:

MGCAMD connecting to newcs server via newcamd.lst with server, port, user & password.
Is there a multicas way to enter the details?
