My Satellite Setup
STBs = Ultimo4K, VUDUO2, VuSolo2, Alien2, AzBox HD Elite, ET8000:
Dishes = 180cm PF, 80cm offset, 60cm offset, Sky mini:
LNBs c120 for PF dish = Ku-Band White Smart Titanium (modified to c120)
and for C-Band Titanium C1W-PLL
My Location
UK
I've got a 1.80m PF dish in north UK and I'm interested in getting this transponder
11919H 27500 5/6 S2 8PSK on Badr-4.

I get no signal. According to the footprint it should be 43 dBW

However, I can get
11977V 27500 5/6 S2 8PSK
and also
12703H 27500 3/4 S2 8PSK which allegedly are on the same BSS beam without a problem.

In the first case, just the polarity is different and in the second, just the FEC is different.

Why cannot I receive this transponder? I've tried three different STBs.
Can any one else in the UK receive the 11919H transponder?

EDIT I'm aware lyngsat reports it "left", but Flysat still has it and there is a report of another user (on another forum) yesterday receiving it.

Thanks in anticiption for any info.

Flysat also lists it at 12207v 27500 5/6, I can't get much on this Sat, due to only partially seeing it, so nothing for me.
I know Bein were trying to get it shut down, maybe they were successful.

Are your receivers HEVC compatible? If not you wont get much.

Its also quite posible its not actually on Badr 4 which has a very wide coverage area - I used to get most of the Badr 4 tp's on an 80cm dish.

From all mentioned TPs, on my old good DM8000 I get only 11977V 27500 5/6 S2 8PSK, and that is in Latvia.

Thanks for your replies. I've got an Ultimo4K that should handle HEVC but even on my Duo2 I would expect a signal even if nothing else.
I think the beout transponders either are not on Badr-4 as listed, or they have been shut down by Bein.
However, it is strange that someone should report receiving it yesterday.
I'm pleased it is not just me that cannot get a signal on 11919H or 12207V.

Its certainly not unknown for satellite / transmission beam details to be wrong on Flysat.

Also if the fec is actually higher than the 5/6 listed then it will need considerably more signal to get it.

Iv'e just had a quick look on my 1.2 Gibby with Octagon pll lnb from here in North Nottinghamshire on the frequencies you listed and took some grabs. Freq 11977 V was a decent 10dB or so but would not lock on the Promax.

@John
Thanks for the screen grabs. Very useful.
11977V locks fine on my Ultimo4K but only just a passable lock on my Duo2 (using exactly the same LNB feed). It would appear the FBC tuner on the Ulitmo4K is more sensitive than that of the Duo2. I'd not noticed that before.

I also get the same result (good lock, just passable lock) on 12703H.

It appears there is nothing on 11919H and it is unlikely we will get a lock on 12207V in the UK without a very big dish.
That pretty much answers my question.
Thanks to all for your input.

11919H signal is there and badr4. It's little weaker than 11977V or 12245V (here)
12207V there is also signal, but currently no lock
