Having disappeared a few weeks ago this one has now returned to satellite on the same frequency.
According to KingOfSat it from the Netherlands.

Service Name: Barada TV
Frequency: 11.595 Vertical

Its in Arabic though so it might be of limited use. But yes the channel is a European-based Syrian channel.
