Hi All,
Has anyone had any luck with this plugin on a DM600?

_http://www.i-have-a-dreambox.com/wbb2/thread.php?threadid=72224

I downloaded at the link above and managed to install it via telnet using
Code:
ipkg install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-barryallen*.ipk
(It wouldnt install via blue panel, the install seemed to go ok, It detected the harddrive and seemed to complete without any errors.

The problem arises when I try to install an image via the BarryAllen wizard in the blue panel.

I put the latest Pli image for DM600 in /hdd/MB_Images and select 'extract image' from the menu and it starts to go to work.

I get a yellow screen with a picture of The Flash and the words 'BA is working'. Then nothing, It just freezes there with no output.

I left it like that for a few hours to see if it would break out of it, but I eventually had to pull the plug.

When I rebooted the option was there to load the PLi image but it just hangs.

I tried other images in case Pli was the problem, but it made no difference.

I'll have a look toninght to see if I can find any errors in log files.

Again: Has anyone had any luck with this plugin on a DM600?

Since the Barry Allen plugin is enigma2 plugin, you should probably use a enigma2 test image like primary image on your flash, then install barry.
All other images for DM600 (Gemini, Plio etc.) are enigma1 based.

Hi,
The version I was trying had an Enigma1 plugin built in, so it shouldn't matter what version of Enigma is in use in flash.

I tried one of the Enigma2 test images, it had a nice interface but kept crashing.

gutemine, the Barry Allen plugin developer released a new version last week, I'll give it a try over the weekend.:)
