I hope someone can help me, please? I have just moved into a flat with the following faceplate in the living room:

I have Sky+ - which points I should use to link to my Sky+ box? Apparently I should be able to have Sky+ working fully as there are dual feeds functioning.

I also have another basic tv point in my bedroom (co-axial cable only). I'll be happy if I can just get Freeview through this but believe that I should be able to watch same Sky channel as the living room. I am not getting any signal just now in the bedroom - am I correct to assume this is because my living room is not yet connected properly?

Both are attached to the communal aerial and Sky dish in my block.

I'd REALLY appreciate some assistance, please. Thank you!

Hi, the two "F" type connectors on the top at the left hand side are the satellite feeds, you will need to take a feed from the TV output into the back of your Sky digibox, then take a feed from RF2 on the digibox to the socket on the outlet plate labelled Return, the one on its own to the right of the satellite outlets.

That feed may well link to the bedroom, it could also link back to a distribution point, perhaps in a cupboard.
