Basic dish question

if im looking top down on my current sky dish, and its pointing at 28.2 degrees or wherever its meant to, is 19 and 13 degrees for hotbird and astra clockwise or anti clockwise? ie if my dish lnb is pointed at 2 o clock for instance where are 13 and 19 in relation?
I know it sounds daft I just wondered

If I am standing behind your dish, which is pointing at 28.2 east, your dish will have to move to your right (or clockwise if you prefer) to reach first 19 east and then 13 east.

No - they are further West (right - clockwise)

Just think of how the sun crosses the sky. It rises in the east and sets in the west. Satellite positions, in the northern hemisphere (where we are) are indicated as east or west of due south. Hence $ky is at 28.2/28.5 degrees east of south and Hispasat is at 30 degrees west of south.
