Possibly a tad early but what the hell (the car got sprayed with salt following a gritter last night & there was a hard frost about 7am)
 
People forget, or have short term memories. Snow in April (not just the odd snowflake), is quite common

I vaguely recall seeing some snow on a May or possibly June outing with the scouts in the 70's, and not oooop north either.
 
Yeah I remember the June snow in the Midlands in '75 :D
