Unable to check, but as far as I know, that transponder is for TDSL via Satellite on Astra 1, but that identical frequency transponder is full of BBCs on Astra 2, are you sure that you dish is pointing at Astra 1 19.2E?
 
didn't even check sorry jumped the gun guess i'm still elated to finally get the four lnbs triax 88, multi holder and diseqc1 up and working .strange must be coming in from the side. the receiver has marked it as astra 1!

Sounds like you have your disecq switching mixed up. 10714 carrying BBC is definitely Astra 2.
