Something am not as yet clear is about the card.
U said that if i want the fta channels Like I do,( in fact am mainly interested in cha.4 and 5 and wahtever else comes free) I don't need to subscribe to a 12 month contract with sky.
Dos it means that the sky card for the fta. only, does not require contract, so it lasts how long??
Like yuor spare card for example, how long it lasts for, if is not conncted to a sky contract??

The FTV (Free To View), not FTA (Free to Air) cards are at a one time charge, at least until Sky upgrade /change their subscription cards, so at least for a couple of years.

All you need to get access to the free channels available on the digital satellite platform is a freesat viewing card which costs just £20.
