Can you please check the video and audio bitrate with the bitrate plugin for Dreambox on both Hot Bird 13E and 9E?
Just trying to make sure that the move doesn't degrade the quality.
On Hot Bird 13E it is quite high.

Looks like they are having the same quality on 9E for DTH. Let's hope they keep it this way.
The 11219 H on Hot Bird is from Sky Italia package.
