That they have a stockpile (LG - Lucky Goldstar) of next generation encryption cards. Every single card containing it's own individual key, or call it what you may - code or whatever.
Will only work in receivers capable of OTA. A separate transponder at 13 east for the sole purpose of opening these cards via a computer base.
Is this not old technology? rather similar to hotel card keys ;)
