Hi my BBC red button is not working on my LG tv which has built in freesat receiver.. I get the side menu but when I try to connect to "live channel" it just comes up no signal, I have tried a re tune but getting same results, However it does work on my old sky box (no contract) on other tv??

Hi, I have a LG telly that has satellite tuner that's not official Freesat meaning it only get DVB EPG not Freesat EPG
But does seem to work with the MHEG-5 standard for Teletext, but it does the No Signal error for me too.
Is your telly marketed as Freesat enabled?
