bbc satback in france

now bbc satback is on 15°W , i can receive a few transponders on it , but nothing on 11.043 Vertical .
i have sf8008 , does SR=44100 is too much ?
i lives 100km north from lyon (46°n) , the footprint seems ok for a 2meters prime focus .
but nothing !!!!!!
what about this TP in france ?

The 9/10 fec wont be helping - that needs a massive signal just to lock let alone give some signal leeway

Apart from the 9/10 fec are you also taking into account

1) the Satback service is using a spot beam not the general 15W beam (its using the the "North Sea" beam)
2) there are interfering signals on the other beams just either side of the Satback frequency

same in Germany!

The other transponder on Mediterranean Beam is overlapping. --> not possible!
