Hello all you PCcarders',
I need help please.

I am looking to update (ie buy new) my computer (desktop) and include with it a PCcard that will enable me to do the following-

1) Connect RF input/output from to existing tv system.
2) Also take sat signals from LNB
3) Allow decryption (similar to my dreambox7020S) of sat signals
4) Supply power to H-H motor via diseq or similar.
5) allow TNT (French terrestrial) signal through
6) everything really?!?!

Please advise and if pos' send me a PM with dealers/links etc etc as I am obviously new to PCcard systems.

The Computer I will source but the PCcard will be an addition that I will buy but I have heard (read) that some processors are better (ie. for TPS ) than others.

I await your expertise and advice.

Maybe the Nexus-S (Skystar1) with TV-out, but make sure to get the old one with hardware mpg2 decoding. The new one is only soft :(

More than that I can't say, as I'm addicted to the SS2 which has no TV-out (though can be done with some video chipsets...).

I dont understand.
This is advertised as a FTA card. Can I use other programs (free software) to view encrypted chanels in the same/similar way to how it is done with the dreambox 7020s?

Novice at this. still using early hophog tv card!!!
