Best Image for DM500

DM800 HD, DM500, Ubuntu 10.04 Machine. Thinkpad running Windows 7.
My Location
Uk
Hi Experts,


Just wondering is the best image for a DM500? Have been using Pli Jade 3 which is ok, but reading about a few different ones.

Pro's & cons based on your experiences?

I personally use Gemini which works perfectly fine never had any problems with it, is much more user friendly then Pli Jade and looks a bit better too :) Majority of people prefer it too.

Thanks aamir007, Which version are you using and will work with a clone?

Also what are you using for EPG updates?

I use Openpli.. I have used pli jade and a couple of others but found that what i wanted to do i.e streaming from pc etc...i had problems trying to get things to work..As soon as i used Openpli it worked so i stuck with this image

I have a new box with Gemini 4.60 pre-installed, is there anything in particular wrong with this image that I should look for a new one or is this one decent enough?

If you are only using the box for freesat/free to air stuff the Gemini image should be fine unless you want any fetures that Gemini doesnt have
