best place to get a dreamcooler & a quick question

where is the best and cheapest place to get a dreamcooler from.

also my fan in my 800 clone is noisy can i disconnect this when i have a dreamcooler or replace the fam easily?

Just seen it myself on e.bay. They look interesting but pricey at £25 + £9 p&p. If you find anything better/cheaper let us know!

there are a few ways to cool a dm800,

just search ebay for netbook cooler or

cut the adapter off an old mobile phone charger and connect it to a 12v pc fan and pop it on top or

cut the end off an old usb cable and connect it to a 5v pc fan and either insert inside or drop on top (theres a usb port under the hdd caddy)

alternatively, if the fan is noisy, remove it, remove the sticker from the centre of the fan an put one drop of 3 in 1 oil on it, works a treat!

Took the wires off my fan because of the noise but the top does get really hot - will it be ok? The genuine DB's don't even have a heatsink according to a 'spot the clone' website I looked at.

A bit ridiculous the size of the fan in the clones its too small as soon as i saw it i removed it and placed a usb fan cools much better
