I've had this before. It hooks onto your browsers and it's hard to delete.)(-red

Go, to the Control Panel, and delete programs. Yes, you can delete it there but it still lingers. :mad: I tried Spybot and Spyware Doctor, but it was still there. 'O'-red

Then I tried Malware Bytes, and that works. :D However, it still left it's calling sign on my browser, a little flickering logo! The only way to get rid of it 100% is to then uninstall the browser, then reinstall.:eek: But don't forget all your favourite website passwords. ;)

If you don't know what it is, don't install it or accept any toolbars from any website, heck I won't even install the search bars from the leading bunch of search engines, toolbars are just too dodgy these days... :confused:

And it's even worse when there are actually people out there that will allow anything to install, like this:

I didn't accept the toolbar but it still installed.
 
I think that would fit the definition of a virus or trojan horse then, installing without permission and maliciously interfering with your computer's software...
