Biathlon World Cup is back :-biglaugh

While Eurosport UK shows most races live, unfortunately this week it's up to it's old trick of showing useless snooker repeats instead of live sports it holds the rights to. Fortunately FTA German and French channels are more reliable for Biathlon fans.

PS Das Erste & ZDF on 19.2 East are excellent for most winter sports.

Completely forgot about that one, seem to remember there's no commentary but that can be had from 13 east though sync will be an issue.

Just to add Fillion Maillet was excellent today, pushed hard on the skis and then shot quickly without missing, well deserved victory.
 
To break the tyranny of terrible television and lack of decent sport the annual Biathlon World Team Challenge takes place on Monday 28th December in Ruhpolding, Germany. Teams are made up of one woman and one man.

Looks like this transponder has been emptied, no more FTA Eurosport English audio :(

The HD versions are still on 11278V - Not sure if the English audio is FTA on these ones though?

All encrypted when I last checked.

@rodscha I don't think Eurosport was ever FTA on that transponder. Only Eurosport Germany SD on 19e is FTA.

The Biathlon World Cup heads to Antholz in Italy. Available FTA on ZDF HD and L'Equipe HD. British Eurosport appears to be showing all races live now there are no snooker repeats to show.
