Astra 2E was late launching and is currently being tested at 43.5E.
It's Operational date isn't yet know, nor are it's potential effects on reception of UK Channels in various parts of Spain (and elsewhere).
I was in Murcia quite recently and was acutely aware of scaremongering from uniformed sources (some of whom should know better).
