big problem with my new dm 500 hd

My Satellite Setup
DREAMBOX 500 HD
My Location
ALGERIA
2 DAYS AGO I BOUGHT THE NEW DREAMBOX 500 HD WHEN I TIRED TO USE IT NORMALY THE green led only ARE ON.THe 500 HD does not want to start at all. Dreamup dowloades loader and nothing more, no flash menu activates. No IP at all, router does not see any 500hd. Fan is off, Some red leds inside are on.

PLEASE HELP ME
 
As its brand new get onto your supplier and register a complaint.
 
i live in algeria but i bought in germany , so im asking if there's any other solution to boot it !!!
 
saha moh ! i also live in Algeria...the thing is that i read that some DM500HD were having the same problem....in belgium, france and UK....it seems the units are defective.
For the moment there is no solution if you live outside europe...that is why i did not want to buy one from there.....

another solution is to post this message on the officiel DMM forum....you will get an answer!
 
DreamMultimedia provide very good support. Contact them through their website and they will most likely allow you to return the unit for replacement. Have you followed the instructions carefully for flashing using the mini-USB socket AND ALSO HAD THE NETWORK connected - you cannot flash using only the miniUSB socket, it does NOT work. Look at the post about 'what you should know about flashing your DM500HD.

LazioTunisia, please answer me this question Did u resolve ur green light issue by reinstalling your software or did u have to replace ur 500hd.
 
I think I found solution.
1. Connect only USB to DM500HD
2. start Dream UP 1.3.5.5
3. start connection
4. connect power
5. when you see that connection is started then connect network cable
6. then you can choose flashing
So I solved problem with green light with out any connection possibility.
I could DM but it have nothing whit my knowledge - it was light from sky!!!!!!!

I have the same problem on my new DM 500 HD after 1 day work, stoped my cooler and not booting, i tryed to hold power button but i cant enter to IP mode where i can flash it, i dont know whats the problem what shoud i do next please anyone help me?
