The wonderful artist and cartoonist Bill Titcombe has died at the age of 82. I first noticed his work in TV Comic and then TV 21 where he drew My Favourite Martian and Get Smart. He could draw funny and accurate caricatures without straining and his work stood out for me compared to lesser artists.
