Bin File for topfield tf3000fi ?

Is there a bin file outthere to flash the TF3000Fi ? Any way to flash it to pick up all channels ?

I could not find anything that would let me "flash" the Topfield tf3000fi to receive all or most channels (scrambled). Is there another link you can get for me ? Thanks.
