Ive had an email from TV Corner in France saying many of the earlier BIS cards are to be replaced in the near future due to piracy.

There will be a €10 charge for replacements sent outside France

The original guarantee was these were free for the full duration. I would argue that 'compromise' should remain at the hands of the broadcaster and whatever they can claw back.

The legitimate continued viewing of content should not be penalised, I believe the 'victims surcharge' in any successful prosecution is supposed to cover subsequent events.
