I finally got my motorised dish up and going and hoping to get biss going

Im a newbie to all this so who do i get biss keys going?

my image on my 500HD is Gemini, do i need to download somthing from the gemini server or anything

All the info you need can be found within the dreambox section of the site. You need to do some serious reading if you want to start playing with the advanced functions of a DB.

Theres no easy way to get to know how a DB works under the bonnet - you have to learn it yourself.
