Whatever makes you think they are BISS, it is extremely unsecure, the SIS feeds are professional feeds requiring professional equipment
 
Thats what I think but also heard it may be ras. Either way Id like to watch these feeds so any1 can help i am all ears.

If its ras you are sunk. Theres no way of opening that.
