When I was a kid in the 1970s, me and my friend collected horror magazines. There was this feature on a movie called Blackula, an African version of Dracula.

It was supposed to be good. Saw it for the first time today on one of the TPS channels, and I thought it "sucked". :D No, really, it did. Very bad. ;)

@ Saturlight, I seem to remember seeing it when it came out on video and yes, it was pants. :)
 
Seemed they got the controversial title first then tried to make a film from that, with awful results. :D
