MFM-TV via Blagovest 1 at 45.0°E must be a duplicate downlink (3653 L).
Caused by the uplink (5978 H) intended for Azerspace-1 at 46.0°E downlink (3753 V).

I can see MFM Tv Promo at 46° E position on these two Ver frequencies - - and i can also see L & R pol signals.

I can see 3653 L but weaker up here North on my 2.2.

* Can you make anything of these three stronger signals at the bottom end of the band - my Norsat / Promax combination won't function at those low frequencies.

NOthing lockable, but there is a "new" entry 3527 L 1050 2/3
maybe an active feed of 46E (another duplicate downlink ?)

3653 L exactly from this position.

Circular scan (3,40-3,95GHz).

Weak signal here SF8008 + 2.4m
3652L 1483 3.2db
3875L 9500 19.8db
3927R 7500 17.2db
Blindscan also always finds 4180L SR7084 but fails to tune in
