I blindscanned 43W today, amongst the seven transponders I found was Bloomberg on 3838V 4441 @ 6.6dB Also a Unicanal on 4060V 4444 encrypted with Irderto.

Good catch.

There doesn't tend to be much going on around there as a rule, apart from RasdTV on 45W.
