Hi,
My apolopies if this is a stupid question but has the Bonum1 satelite moved?!
I'm a noob and only came accross this forum whilst searching for info regards this satelite since it started showing up on my humble little manhatten plaza XT-F receiver with 80cm dish.
I know from what i've read online that I shouldn't receive this. I'm looking at TV8 Mont Blanc (which i assume is French) but this is showing as broadcast from the Bonum1 sat and the Bonum1 sat is showing 371 new channels.
Please can someone shed some light on this?
Satelites listed are;
Astra 19.2E
Hotbird 13E
Bunum1 56E
Thanks

Bonum1 uses a Siberian beam and there is no chance whatsoever that you are receiving it in the UK.

Looks like you are getting channels off Astra 1 at 19E.

The thing to remember is that the frequency/satellite information in the receivers is just a data table - it doesnt know which satellite you are actually looking at. The same block of frequencies is reused over and over again on all the broadcast satellites so if you scan satellite A whilst your dish is pointing at satellite B then you will get B's channels scanned in where the transmission parameters coincide.
