Broadcomm 440 sat card

Has anyone managed to get sat tv with this data card?

I've had a damn good search and can find nothing about it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

its actually not for me, its for a mate on another (non sat) forum,

I dont need to get any more blood from the stone mate, I'm getting everything I wanted to get ,
and I have to say It wouldn't have happened without the help of your members. but thats the 'key' to the whole game isn't it?

broadcom does make cards for internet via satellite,dont think they make dbs stuff,the card may be a bit vintage,as they only produce commercial and industrial strength equipment recently.
